So, do you guys remember Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire? She’s the lawyer that filed the lawsuit claiming that President Barack Obama didn’t have the authority to deploy a U.S. Army captain to Iraq because he isn’t a United States citizen (to her understanding or maybe delusion). Well, her case has been dismissed according to the ABAJournal. U.S. District Judge Clay Land basically said her complaint was “frivolous” and based on “unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture”. Before dismissing the case, Judge Clay Land said, “Unlike in ‘Alice in Wonderland,’ simply saying something is so does not make it so.” LOL! I wonder how much longer she’s going to solicit her clients from the U.S. Military because her fifteen minutes of fame seems to be up. Check out her web solicitation. I’ve been hearing rumors about a possible disbarment. What do you guys think?
